The mechanism for consideration of complaints, appeals, claims or proposals is regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Appeals of Citizens”.
Written appeals must be signed by the applicant(s) and dated. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine, applications without indicating the place of residence, which are not signed by the author(s), are considered anonymous and may not be considered. However, the management of the company may investigate the facts presented in the anonymous appeal if they indicate serious problems or violations of rights. Also, repeated appeals from the same citizen on the same issue may not be considered, if the first appeal has been decided on the merits.
Complaints, appeals from local residents sent by mail, as well as notifications of control bodies or local self-government bodies about received appeals to the enterprise’s activities are registered. All citizens’ appeals or complaints (oral and written) are subject to review and resolution within 15 days from the date of receipt.”
